GSJ Regional Teams make the majority of our athletes within our club, and offer training from ages 12 to 16 year-olds. We have qualified coaches from all areas of volleyball skills expertise to work with our regional-level athletes. These teams will travel mostly locally within the Carolinas.

Tournament Schedule

Payment
Payment SupportPayments for Regional teams can range from $750-$900. Fees include uniform (jersey, spandex, club t-shirt)-- Jersey will be returned after the completed season. Additional items can be purchased at a reduced cost--practice fees, coaching fees, team insurance, equipment, and tournament entries. Fees do not include travel to events.

Practice Schedules
Regional teams practice two days a week with additional skill/position/agility training. An 80% or better practice attendance is expected. Tournament attendance is expected unless a three-week notice is given or unforseen circumstance occurs. Any conflicts should be disclosed prior to the season start. A limited number of special practice arrangements can be made (practice with another team/different time) as long as player maintains her level of commitment to volleyball. These will be determined on a case-by-case basis with the coach.
What to expect on a Regional team
Regional teams are required to help set up for our Winter Bump Volleyball tournament and are encouraged to do one public service event.
