2026 Stay to Play Information
Staying together as a team is not required for most events however there are a few "Stay to Play" tournaments that REQUIRE families to book through the tournament housing company in order to participate.
For specific events on the National Team and Coast United Schedule, they will have a "stay to play" requirement that requires you to book hotels through specific companies. We will send information directly to the team parent and they will communicate with you.

Sunshine Qualifier (FL)
A block has been set aside to meet the requirements for Sunshine. Families can do the following To Book:
- Call Team Travel Source at 502-354-9103
- Under your team block ID# below secure a room at the selected property.

A block has been secured and is under the name John Sing. Any changes must be made through Team Travel Source. If you select a new property YOU MUST cancel the room that has been set aside under the block.
Showdown in the Smokies (TN)
Showdown in the Smokies is not a stay to play event. This link is for preferred properties.

No blocks have been set up. Families need to secure rooms ASAP. Links are below.
In addition to rooms available on the THS web site, THS has given us an additional option to reserve rooms called Hotels4Teams. Similar to an Expedia or Travelocity, Hotels4Teams allows you to go in and reserve rooms from almost every hotel in the area even if our block is full or that hotel is not under contract with us. We recommend if you want to use this option to send the link to your parents to book individually on their own. To count towards the Stay and Play requirement when you send the link below out to your parents to book make sure they select their TEAM NAME in the drop down selection provided. Once we see about 4 to 5 rooms per team we will accept those teams. The Hotels4teams link for Savannah can be found on the THS site for the Savannah Showdown and is the 2nd link listed below. The regular link to book rooms through THS is the first one:
